DRASTIC NAZI DECREE
United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright PRAGUE, June 21. The Reich Protector (Baron von Neurath) has issued a decree providing for sweeping restrictions. Jews are forbidde; to buy real estate, participate in commercial enterprises, acquire shares or float businesses. Jews also must declare their present holdings by July 31, and gold, silver and jewellery to the National Bank.
