ILLEGAL ENTRY
JEWISH IMMIGRANT SHIP HELD UP United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 2, 12.45 am.) HAIFA, June 1. A coastal patrol arrested the master and crew of a Greek ship for illegally attempting to land 1000 Jews who were permitted to disembark on condition that the number was subtracted from the immigration quota. Four hundred Jews landed from a second Greek steamer whose crew were arrested brings the total of illegal immigrants to 3000 since the publication of the White Paper.
