A very pleasant afternoon was spent at the home of Mrs J. Turnbull, Wai-iti Road, yesterday, when members of St. Mary’s Guild met to honour Miss Revell and M!rs G. Bowker, who have been treasurer and secretary of the Guild for many years. Mrs Monaghan, president of the Guild, made a presentation to each on behalf of the members. Vocal items were given ty Mrs Monaghan and Mrs L. Wood, and pianoforte solos by Mrs Bowler. A competition was won by Mrs Jull.
