SERBO-CROAT PROBLEMS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright ZAGREB. April 17. Dr Matchek (Prime Minister) has agreed to the basis of the discussion of the Serbo-Croat problems. A further conference will be held after reference to the parties. It is understood the agreement provi ?6 for uniting the tWo Croat Provinces, in which there are 4.500.000 Croats, granting self-government. The ce-’-M government to continue to control dr' nee, finance and foreign policy.
Proposals will be presented to Parliam it by a new government, in which the Croats will be represented.
