SEQUEL TO EXPLOSION
SERIOUS CHARGES INSTITUTED
United Bi ss Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, April 13. William Borne, aged 22, and Edward Connell, aged 22, were charged at the Bow Street Court with having caused the recent explosion at Hammersmith, which it was stated, caused damage estimated at £3OOO. Both were committed for trial.
