KATES INCREASED By relpsraoh—iwouyi- r WELLINGTON, December 9. An increase in postal rates for inland parcels is announced by the Post-master-General, the Hon. F. Jones. It is approximately one sixth of the existing rates. He says he has satisfied himself that the charges are still low for the service given.
