MORE MILLIONS PROVIDED United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright ROME, December 8. An additional £14,000,000 is to be devoted to defence. The War Ministry will receive £556,000 for partial army mobilisation in the September crisis and £56,000 for expenses in connection with the war in China. The Ministry of Marine gets £4,111,110 for the construction and reconstruction of warships and the Air Ministry £166,700 for new construction. It is revealed that the decree for partial mobilisation came into force on September 26.
