The settlement of the threatened crisis entails Dr. Spaak and his Socialist colleagues in the Belgian Cabinet, submitting to party discipline and not sending an agent to Burgos, and declining to accept the decision favouring General Franco. The Minister of Education ( Dr Dierck) has withdrawn ids resignation provisionally and he will collaborate with the Government.
