BRITISH MILK BILL
RE-EXAMINATION OF PROBLEM TO BE MADE British Official Wireless (Received December 2, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, December 1. The Prime Minister (Mr Neville Chamberlain) announced in the House of Commons that the second reading of the Government’s Milk Bill, against which considerable agitation has arisen in various quarters, and which has been subject to strong criticism by some Conservative members of Parliament from agricultural constituencies, has been postponed pending the reexamination of the whole of the milk problem.
