RECONSTRUCTION OF CABINET IN NEW SOUTH WALES United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, November 4. The resignation of Senator A. J. McLachlan, the Postmaster-General and Leader of the Government in the Senate which was announced last night, and which has caused a sensation, may greatly influence the plans of the Federal Minister (Mr J.
