EXTENSION OF BUSINESS WITH RUSSIA British Official Wlrelesi* (Received November 3,' 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, November 2. Mr Oliver Stanley (president of the Board of Trade) received a further deputation from the special committee of the Association of British Chambers of Commerce regarding trade with Russia. The deputation submitted a full report on the information on import and re-export trade which had been collected in response to Lord Stanley’s request made at a meeting with the exporters’ deputation in May. Lord Stanley said that the information would enable the Government to fully consider the whole question.
