TOUR CANCELLED DECISION OF NEW ZEALAND ASSOCIATION By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, November 1. Mr H. N. Burns, secretary of the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association, stated to-day that three of the four promising players originally selected to visit New South Wales had notified the Association that they were not available on the conditions laid down. The Management Committee approached others of the nominated players but as only two of those approached were available the committee decided at a meeting this afternoon that the sending of a team this year be cancelled.
