AIR ATTACKS
COMMISSION OF INQL’xIY British Official Wireless (Received October 28, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, October 27. The Commission for investigation of air bombardments in Spain issued a report on the bombing of Figueras on October 14. The investigation was made at the invitation of the Barcelona authorities. The Commission found on the evidence available that bombs were dropped on the town proper of Figueras, which is an open town, except for the location in it of one military objective—an officer cadet training school.
