THE CHURCHES

The services in St. Mary's Church tomorrow are advertised in this issue. The preacher at both the morning and evening services will be the Vicar, the Ven. Archdeacon Monaghan.

The preacher at St. Paul’s Highfleld will be Rev. J. Baird. Services at Woodlands Street will be conducted by Mr W. Beswarick and the Rev. C. Blair.

A mission to youth campaign organised by the Bible Class Union is being held this week-end at St. John’s Highfleld. Meetings will be addressed by a team of B.C. members who will also speak at the special evening service at bt. John’s.

The services at Trinity Presbyterian Church will be conducted by the Rev F. H. Wilkinson.

"Everlasting Punishment" is the subject of the Lesson-sermon in all Church of Christ, Scientist, to-morrow. The golden text is “Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the Lord shall be a light unto me.” (Micah 7:8). All services at the Salvation Army Citadel will be conducted by visiting officers and soldiers. The Rev. Malcolm W. Wilson who begins his ministry at Chalmer’s Church tills week will conduct both services at the Church on Sunday.
