FINDING OF MARINE COURT United Press Association -By Electric Tel aura ph —Copyright (Received October 27, 11.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 27 A protracted Commonwealth Court marine Inquiry into the harbour collision of the steamers Sydney Star and Macumba on September 9, was concluded when a formal verdict was pronounced that Captain Harold Sanders of the Macuba was blameworthy tn carelessly navigating his ship, amounting to misconduct under the Navigation Act The Navigation Department will now decide whether any further action shall be taken against t.ha caotain of the Macumbas.
