MOTORIST HEAVILY FINED Bv rpip’jranh- Pres* Association CHRISTCHURCH, October 27 At the Supreme Court, before Mr Justice Northcroft, Alexander Janies Blackburn, who was found guilty of negligent driving, causing death, with a strong recommendation to mercy, was fined £25, and had his licence cancelled for three years.
