GERMANY’S PRICE TO LITHUANIA United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright (Received October 27, 12.38 a.m.) LONDON, October 26. The Warsaw correspondent of “The Daily Telegraph” says: “It is reported from Kaunas that Herr Hitler sent a memorandum to Dr Soetona, Lithuanian President, offering a flfteen-year non-aggresfelon pact, including a frontier guarantee on the following conditions: (1) That Lithuania renounces her non-aggresslon pact with the Soviet; (2) revises her existing trade agreements so as to direct all agricultural exports exclusively to Germany in exchange for German goods; and (3) transforms the Memel district into a free zone, similar to Danzig.” Lithuania is asked to reply before the end of the year.
