DRUNKEN MOTOR-CYCLIST By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON. September 29. Thomas Bunce, labourer, aged 63 lost his motor-cycle driving license for a year and was also fined £lO at Lower Hutt to-day, for Intoxication in charge. A traffic officer saw him fall off the machine and took him to ths police station, where a doctor examinee him.
