UPPER WAITOHI
TENNIS CLUB The Upper Waitahi Tennis Club opened the season on Saturday under ideal weather conditions. Visitors were present from Timaru, Temuka and Pleasant Point. A tournament was conducted which proved very enjoyable. The winners were Mrs D. S. Smith and E. Halstead junr. A very pleasant day was concluded with a dance in the evening, music being supplied by Mr Clark, Miss Pearse, and Mrs Lobb. Mr John Lobb was M.C.
