GRAND CHACO DISPUTE SETTLED United Press Association —By tieciric Telegraph Copyright (Received July 10, 6.30 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, July 9 Delegates representing Paraguay, and Boivia have initialled an agreement to arbitrate in the Grand Chaco dispute, thereby removing the gravest threat to peace on the American continents. The statesmen of numerous American republics, including the United States have been working for three years to achieve a peaceable settlement, and avoid a renewal of a sanguinary war.
