JUDGING MANNEQUIN PARADES To the Editor of “ The Timaru Herald ” Sir, —In reply to your correspondent “Unbiased Supporter” the judging in the mannequin parade at the North End Fair was entrusted to a committee of three ladies appointed by the executive, and their decisions were arrived at on lines similar to those suggested by your correspondent.
