GRAVE DISCONTENT
RISING COMMODITY COSTS IN JAPAN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright TOKIO. March 9 The Tokio correspondent of the "Dally Telegraph” reports that commodities are rising steadily and causing grave discontent. Some necessities are up by 200 to 300 per cent, including fuel, clothing and fish.
