STRANGE WILL
HOME OF TESTATOR INSTRUCTIONS TO BURN BRISBANE, January 5. Probate was granted in the Supreme Court to-day of a will containing a clause regarded in legal circles as the first of its kind in Queensland. The testator, William Wilson Farquhar, ordered his home at Eidsvold, together with the furniture and other buildtags on the property, to be destroyed by fire. It is expected that early action will be taken to comply with the terms of the will. The total value of the property to be destroyed is approximately £550.
