INAUGURATION OF EMPIRE SERVICE United Press Association—Bj Electric Telegraph - Copvrlght SYDNEY, To-day. An interim report issued by experts who conferred at Melbourne, states that approximately six months will be required to provide ail the essential organisation for the inauguration of the full Empire flying-boat air mail service. The reports adds that it will be possible, if necessary to run a partial service a month or two earlier.
