FEDERATION CONFERENCE By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, January 6 The first annual conference of the New Zealand Federation of Labour is to be held at Wellington on April 13 and succeeding days, and will be attended by delegates from all over New Zealand. All affiliations are entitled to repreesntation in accordance with their respective numerical strength. The conference is to be preceded, on March 14. by a meeting at Wellington of the national council of the federation. On Easter Monday, April 18. the New Zealand Labour Party conference is to be held at Wellington.
