GERMAN FILM STAR
MAY GO TO BERLIN LONDON, December 28. The well-known film star Marlene Dietrich is said to be likely to move to Berlin from Hollywood at the end of January, says the Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. It is understood that she will appear at a special variety matinee in Berlin in aid of the Nazi Winter Relief Fund. With Paramount's permission the actress may make films for Ufa or the Tobis Company. It is believed that a Dietrich production would do much to restore the reputation of the German cinema, and, besides, would bring in large funds of foreign exchange.
