Viking, Top Row. Song Boy and Janet Gaynor led along the back, and Top Row and Viking ran to the home turn just in front of Beam and Palmyra, who got through on the rails. A fine race ended in Top Row winning by half a length from Palmyra, who beat Viking by a neck, with Wild Career, who finished strongly cn the inside, another neck away. Janet Gaynor and Song Boy were nert.
