SUCCESS OF POLICE CREWS United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 28, 7.5 p.m.) MELBOURNE, November 28. At Henley-on-the-Yarra regatta on Saturday, New South Wales police crew won the main event, the Grand Challenge Senior Eights, by two lengths from Richmond and the Mercantile crews. Constable H. Turner, of Sydney, won the Yarra Challenge Cup and Silver Sculls.
