Two battleships of 26,000 tons, armed with Ilin guns. Three 19,000 tons pocket-battleships, armed with Ilin guns. Five 10,000 tons cruisers. Eight 7000 tons cruisers. Two aircraft carriers of 20.000 tons. Twenty-two super destroyers. Thirty smaller destroyers. Sixty-one submarines. This programme conforms with the 100-35 ratio of the London Naval Treaty.
