LATEST EXCHEQUER RETURNS British Official Wireless (Received November 24. 6.30 pm.) RUGBY, November 23. The total expenditure, less self-balancing items, Is £537,700,249, compared with £491.524.268 at the corresponding date in 1936. The total floating debt outstanding on November 20 was £936.075,000 —an increase of £237,945.000 since March 31—compared with £852,690.000 at the corresponding date last year.
