FLOOD BREAKS MOORINGS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copvrig ht (Received November 24, 1.10 a.m.) LISBON, November 23. Five tugs were needed to check the runaway British steamer Dalhanna, which was tom from its moorings by a flood In the mouth of the Tagus during the unloading of 6000 tons of maize. It crashed Into and sank s trawler which it hurled against the British ship Andalucian Star and carried away a gangplank which swept a giant electric crane into the harbour. The damage is estimated at £lO,OOO.
