The Strasburg correspondent of "The Daily Telegraph” states that the Alsace police arrested six men, all of whom have allegedly confessed to be engaged ta espionage on behalf of Germany. Those arrested include two members of Colonel de la Rocque’s French Social Party. Colonel de la Rocque publicly denounced them after the arrest. One confessed that they were seeking information from the local troops regarding the strength of the Alsatian defences and selling the Information to Germany.
