BRITISH FUNDS FOR SPAIN United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON November 22. The British Government has given £5OOO to the International Red Cross for the relief of Spanish war victims. The British Government’s contribution to the funds for relief of victims In the civil war in Sp-ln will be used for medical stores and hospital equipment for both sides. The Red Cross Committee is also interesting itself in negotiations for the exchange of prisoners.
