PLANNED IN AUSTRALIA United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyrtgh t SYDNEY, November 23, The Federal Treasurer (Mr R. G. Casey), announced that the Government will proceed with the plans for national insurance without delay, and to assist in framing the legislation and establishing the administrative machinery, Sir Walter Kinnear, and Mr T. Lindsay, British Insurance experts, will visit Australia In th New Year.
