BOYCOTT PROPOSED By Telegraph—Press Association INVERCARGILL, November 22. At a meeting of the Southland Council of the New Zealand Federation of Labour, a motion was passed that the workers of Southland be asked to refrain from purchasing* goods of Japanese manufacture as a protest against the Japanese invasion of China.
