ELECTRICITY CONTROL IN VICTORIA United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph -Copyright (Received November 22, 11.40 p.m.) MELBOURNE, November 22. From a large number of applicants from Australia, New Zealand and Britain, Mr G. G. Jobbins has been appointed chairman of the Victorian Electricity Commission in succession to F. W. Clements. Mr Jobbins at present controls the commission’s electricity supply department.
