Baron Wieser, leader of the Legitimists, told how 3000 supporters, including all the Hapsburgs living in Austria, were celebrating the Grand Duke Otto’s twenty-fifth birthday. Their membership totalled 1,200,000 or nearly one-fifth of the population of Austria. All are pledged to the restoration of the monarchy.
