OFFICIAL INQUIRY INTO ALLEGATIONS ’ British Official Wireless RUGBY. November 20. (Received November 21, 6.30 pan.) In a recent debate in the House of Commons, certain charges were made of inefficiency in civil aviation undertakings, and at the close of the debate the "arliamentary Secretary to the Air Ministry announced on behalf of Viscount Swinton that in fairness to both sides a departmental inquiry would be held. The Air Secretary has now invited Lord Cadman (chairman of the AnjloIranian Oil Company to act as chairman of the committee, the other members of which are Sir Warren Fisher (Permanent Secretary to the Treasury) and Sir William Brown (Permanent Secretary to the Board of Trade).
