TRAGIC PASSING
VICTORIAN SHAREBROKER FOUND DEAD United Press Association-By Eleetrlr Telearsnh Convrleht (Received October 8, 9.0 p.m.) MELBOURNE, October 6. John A. Sweetman, aged 71, a partner in the stockbroking firm of Garvin G. Brown and Company, of Melbourne, was found dead in his office to-day with a gas jet turned on. Sweetman recently suffered a nervous breakdown. The Stock Exchange this morning adjourned for five minutes as a mark of respect.
