GLEN-ITI CLUB Under the auspices of the Glen-iti , Miniature Rifle Club the school was ! well filled on the occasion of its windlup social and dance. Opportunity was • taken to present the trophies. The president (Mr W. S. Curr) weli corned the visitors and thanked the ' members and committee for the loyal I support they had all given to him. Thanks were also extended to the patron Mr B. E. H. Tripp, vice-presi-dents and all donors of trophies for their keen and valued interest in the club, and to the captain (Mr W. Brehaut), and the armourers Messrs L. Murray and A. Bone. COLMOCO CLUB The Colmoco Miniature Rifle Club fired a self handicap event last week. The metric 20yds target was used and members had to shoot from 28yds. Considering the extra distance the shooting was well up to standard. E. Power won the Holmes weekly button also the trophy. Following were the scores registered:—E. Power 75, A. Valentin? 74, J. D.
