BIGAMY CHARGE
ACCUSED PLEADS GUILTY By Telegraph ess Association DUNEDIN, July 16. Pleading guilty in the Police Court to a charge of bigamy, Arthur Henry Ellis (31) was committed for sentence. Two other unindictable charges of stealing radio sets at Christchurch and Dunedin were adjourned. The police statement showed that accused married a woman at the Auckland registry office in January last. He left her, and went through a form of marriage with a woman at Dunedin in June, giving on the latter occasion the name of Eric Fisher.
