SEQUEL TO DISASTER IN NEW GUINEA FUTURE OF RABAUL IN THE AIR United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph —Copyright (Received July 15, 10.50 p.m.) BRISBANE, July 15. Dr. Estehn, the prominent volcanologist, who has been lent to the Commonwealth Government by the Netherlands East Indies Government to examine the volcanoes at Rabaul, aril ed to-day en route to New Guinea. When he arrives at Rabaul he will don a gas mask and descend into the Vulca and Matupi craters. Dr. Estehn will later report whether Rabaul should be suitable as a future capital.
