SEVERE DISCIPLINARY MEASURES United Press association —By Kiaetru Telegraph Coovrlabt LONDON, July 14. The Transport Workers’ Union, after secret “trials," expelled seven members, including Mr Papworth, who allegedly unofficially assumed the leadership in the early stages of the recent London bus strike. The Union suspended a number of others. It is expected that the busmen’s rank and file movement will now collapse. Union members associating with it are warned that they are liable to severe disciplinary action.
