Runciman, Pryor, Ltd., will hold a sale of pianos, furniture, gramophone, lawnmower, ladies’ and gent’s bikes, etc. The Bay Hall to-morrow evening will be thronged with dancers when the "Back to Childhood” will be held under the management of Mr Reg. Stillwell. Good prizes will be given for the best make-up. H. Allchurch and Co. insert a final reminder of the property sale which they are holding at their rooms. The Rialto, this day. at 2.30 p.m., on account of Mr W. A. O’Connor. The usual weekly sale will also be held commencing at 12 o’clock with poultry and pigs. Further details will be seen in the auction columns. To-day in their mart, commencing at 1.30 p.m., Morton and Co., Ltdwill sell by public auction on account of Mrs M. J. Marshall (late of Wright’s Avenue), her household furniture and effects. The items include a Thurmer piano, Hoover cleaner, Wilton carpets (practically new), oak carved chairs, dining and bedroom furniture, also Underwood portable typewriter.
