THE VOICE OF NEW ZEALAND By Telegraph —Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, July 15. "It is no mere formality that the voice of New Zealand is heard in London or Geneva,” said Rektor L. Zllllacus, of Finland, in a New Education Fellowship address to a city audience to-night. “It is a fact that in Geneva New Zealand’s has been sometimes one of the very few honourable voices heard in that Assembly.”
