United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 24, 8.30 p.m.) VIENNA, June 24. Masses of flowers from the Viennese and a shoal of telegrams from England and many parts of the world were received by the Duke of Windsor on his 43rd birthday. The Austrian Government extended good wishes. So many Austrians and members of the British colony called at the hotel that the management provided a book in which birthday congratulations were entered. Extra police kept back the crowds outside the hotel.
