United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 24, 8.30 p.m.) VIENNA, June 24. Masses of flowers from the Viennese and a shoal of telegrams from England and many parts of the world were received by the Duke of Windsor on his 43rd birthday. The Austrian Government extended good wishes.
