ARBITRATION COURT
AUCKLAND SITTINGS By Telegraph—T ess Association AUCKLAND, June 24. The full Bench of the Arbitration Court will sit in Auckland on August 18 to deal with the accumulation of cases in the northern industrial district. The news was received to-day with a measure of jubilation in union circles, as a number of industrial organisations have, since the introduction of the new Government legislation, been operating without awards and agreements. The Auckland session will be presided over for the first time by the Acting-President of the Court, Mr Justice O'Regan. It is expected that the Court will be occupied in Auckland for two or three months.
