RELIGIOUS STRIKE IN MEXICO United Press Assomtlon—By Electric Telegrnph Convrlght VILLAMERMOSA (Mexico) June 23. Nine persons, including a police chief, were killed in a gun battle, after an attempt by the police to arrest Catholics attending religious services in a private home.
Federal troops are en route to restore order.
