CONFERENCE AT NICE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph rnnvr’eht LONDON, June 23. The International Rotary Conference at Nice designated the Hobart member. Mr Burgess Watt, as Governor Elect of the 65th district and Sir J. Garran of the 76th district, San Francisco was chosen for the next conference.
