TRADE CAPACITY
JAPAN’S EXTENSION SCHEME United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph ronvright TOKIO, June 23. The War Ministry has submitted to Cabinet a plan for trebling Japan’s industrial capacity at a cost of £535,000,000. The plan will extend over the period from 1938 to 1943.
